Sophia and Arnold’s beach wedding at Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island was filled with elements of the sea (and love). Her gown was classic yet incredibly stunning. The soft touches of blush in the bridesmaid gowns were elegant and sophisticated. And yet, there in the subtle details, the programs, the cake, were elements of the sea. Morning weddings are so nice! Not that anyone needs an excuse for a mimosa or bloody mary, but we think they’re more enjoyable when celebrating the union of two great people like Diane and Peter. This fabulous couple (and their fabulous pup) hopped down to Florida from Virginia to get married on the beach at Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island. Brunch in the Waterfront Room was stunning with ocean views and gorgeous turquoise details.

There are not enough adjectives to describe the pure love and joy that saturated Elizabeth and Gilbert’s wedding at Casa Ybel Resort. Their story began many years ago in Puerto Rico and continues now in Florida with their two children Zoe and Alex. This is a family that touches the hearts of everyone they meet. We were so honored to have their beach wedding on our shores. The details were inspired by Van Gogh’s The Starry Night with navy and gold accents. It all turned out so beautifully! We look forward to being part of this local family’s story for years to come.
