Everyone knows the sunset colors change every day on this island we call home. With a bit of luck, Lindsay and Gordon chose flowers for their wedding day that ending up matching perfectly with the sunset. With a tented ceremony on the back lawn, guests were treated to gorgeous blue ocean views during cocktail hour. Bright oranges and delicate shades of peach decorated guest tables and a showstopper of a dessert table satisfied the sweet tooth of dancing guests. This tropical island wedding provides some serious beach wedding inspiration.
Courtney Gabelbauer of Fab Chic Weddings never ceases to amaze us with her sophisticated stylings. She dreamed up this incredible photo shoot with a boho tropical vibe and invited some of Southwest Florida’s best wedding vendors to be a part of it. Our friends at iHeartFilm captured the behind-the-scenes footage that we are so excited to share with you! The images from the shoot itself are already circling on social media platforms #casaybelweddings. Keep checking back to see the entire gallery soon!
If it wasn’t for the gorgeous bride, the florals from this intimate beach wedding might have been the show stopper of the day. With bright blue skies and a few clouds drifting in the background, the floral arch at their beach ceremony framed the happy couple as they said their I Do’s. Bright tropical colors accentuated the arch, Ally’s bouquet and the hand painted wedding cake. Casa Ybel’s patio venue was the perfect location for the intimate wedding reception. It was a stunning sunset on the beach that somehow perfectly matched the couple’s wedding color scheme.
Raquel and Greg were such a fun couple to work with, their love and excitement on wedding day obviously shines here. Lush greenery accents could be found everywhere; the arch on the beach, the sweetheart table, and Raquel’s stunning flower crown. Casa Ybel’s white sandy beach hosted the intimate ceremony and guests were wined and dined on Thistle Lodge’s patio. The grounds through out Casa Ybel offered some amazing spots for Raquel and Greg’s first look photos and the Gulf of Mexico proved a stunning backdrop for sunset beach photos.
Hues of peach and gold accents gave a romantic touch to Kirsten and Ian’s wedding day. Libby’s Flowers brought in fresh greenery to accent the soft elegance in the rose bouquets and centerpieces. The Groom’s bowtie, Mom’s elegant dress, the welcome bags, all boasted shades of pink. Last but certainly not least was one last touch of “peach”, the signature drink. A peach mojito made to order for guests at the reception fit right into the theme.

You can feel the love in these photos from Jordan and Clay’s wedding, the sweetness of the first dance and in every shot of the flower girls precious faces. An intimate ceremony on the beach was followed by an elegant dinner of Filet Mignon and Poached Lobster Tail. The Waterfront Room was a perfect venue for a smaller party, featuring amazing views of the gulf. The stunning bride was the star of the show but sunset over the Gulf of Mexico came in a close second.
