Casa Ybel is amazing!!! If you are looking for a venue on Sanibel start and end here! Tori and her team are exceptional and take care of every detail you can imagine. The entire staff at Cada Ybel is so friendly and helpful, Jeremy and Woody ran our reception and they were awesome. Everything went off without a hitch! We had a small wedding, 18 guests and they all raved about the location, wedding and food. This is the best wedding food you will ever have! We chose filet mignon and chicken entrees and it was the best filet I have ever had. The view, history of the venue, the team and the list of recommended vendors are all exceptional. I am so thankful we chose to have our wedding at Casa Ybel, it was worth every penny. Thank you again for everything! |

Casa Ybel was the perfect venue for our destination wedding on 11/6/15. My husband and I had vacationed here several years ago and as soon as I stepped foot on the property I told him “Someday, this is where I want to get married at”! Casa Ybel and Tori’s team not only met my expectations they exceeded them! With Tori I knew everything was in good hands. She was always quick to reply to any emails or returns phone calls. She helped make sure that every detail was taken care of, especially items I never would have thought about! On our wedding day everything went just as planned. I have heard horror stories about weddings just going horribly wrong, but not mine! I can honestly look back and not think of one detail that went wrong. Everything was exactly how we planned it! We couldn’t have pulled it off without Tori and the awesome staff at Casa Ybel. This bride not only had her perfect wedding…she was stress free as well. We defiantly had the “A” team and I would highly recommend them for your wedding no matter how big or small. You will not be disappointed! |

| Casa Ybel resort was absolutely perfect in every way!! The staff was well organized, very professional and the grounds were neatly manicured and so perfect for all the photos. We opted for a very small intimate Sunday morning brunch wedding ceremony and reception for approximately 30 people. The catering manager and director of sales were along every step of the way and kept me updated and focused on the planning. We were so pleased with the outcome and that everything went off without a hitch. Thank you again Tori and Jessica and the whole Casa Ybel staff!! Estelle & Greg |

| We had our welcome party and wedding/reception at Casa Ybel and to say we were blown away, is an understatement!! Our welcome party was on the covered patio next to the restaurant and our meal was superb! The clam bake shin dig with a prime rib carving station is a MUST, everything tasted amazing! Our wedding day was perfect and the reception that followed in the waterfront room over the restaurant was right out of our dreams! Tori made our day so special and perfect in everyway. I was telling my bride the entire time that something was bound to go wrong and to just take it in stride. Well, the only thing that went wrong was me forgetting the cuff links she gave to me!! Everything Casa Ybel did was perfect in every way! We would do it again in a heartbeat, unfortunately, it was a “once in a lifetime” event. I am a VERy hard critic of food as it’s a personal passion of mine, and I can’t think of anything I would complain about. I would like to personally thank Tori (wedding planner) and Dan, the server from our tasting night a month prior, whom we requested be at our special day, and the rest of the staff who made it all possible. |

| We had the most incredible wedding at Casa Ybel! It was exactly how we imagined it and better! It was absolutely perfect!! EVERYONE raved about the food and how beautiful everything was. Our rooms were perfect and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. We made the perfect choice when choosing Casa Ybel for the setting for our special day. Both the ceremony on the beach and the reception on the lawn under the gorgeous tent were as gorgeous as something you’d see in a bridal magazine. We couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. |

My husband and I were married at Casa Ybel this past July. Our wedding, and the days we spent at the resort, exceeded our expectations and wildest imaginations …of how well everything could have possibly gone. Tori and the rest of the staff at the resort were wonderful, and we cannot thank everyone enough for how kind, detailed, and professional our experience was. I am lucky enough to have frequented Sanibel Island several times as a little girl, and can honestly say that Casa Ybel is one of the best when it comes to service, and that “Old Fashioned Florida” feel. Every room has a beautiful view of the gulf. ALL staff is courteous and friendly. And the food at the Thistle Lodge? You’ll want to eat there more than once. Do yourself a favor and take some time to visit Casa Ybel during your trip to Sanibel. Better yet, stay there! You will undoubtedly have a wonderful time. To Casa Ybel: thank you, for helping create such a beautiful memory in our lives. We feel so lucky to have had you involved in our special day. We’ll be back!

Second wedding for both of us so we decided to have a beach wedding with just the two of us. None of our children nor family, just a quick 15 minute ceremony. I had never been to Sanibel but heard wonderful things about the beaches, area etc. Jessica was wonderful and handled everything! All of her recommendations (photographer, officiant and florist) were AMAZING. We were in Sanibel for SIX days and caught about 4-6 hours of sunshine 😦 Jessica worked quickly to help move our ceremony up so I could have the outside wedding of my dreams. It worked out perfectly and was stunning! As for the staff..OMG! They were beyond friendly, professional, accommodating and just AMAZING! Bethany at the front desk was my sounding board. The rain had me down…but Bethany cheered me up ! She is top notch and always smiling! Julie at the reservations desk was my favorite. She was so chatty, helpful, sweet and accomidating ! Chris (Coconuts bartender) was a JOY. Remembered us after day one plus our drinks too. He was the most friendly guy on the property. And then there’s Rosey. She was awesome! Broke our wedding shot glass and then sent us a drink the next day at brunch! The maintenance staff even got involved ! We found out that the sensor tag was on my husbands linen short and there was no way to make it to a store and back. The facility guy along with my husband You Tubed how to remove and did IT! Our wedding had plenty of glitches but with the help of the CasaYbel staff…it turned out to be a magical day ! We WILL be going back for our one year anniversary !

Tori and the staff at Casa Ybel made my perfect wedding day come true! The food was awesome, the resort was spectacular and the you can’t beat the view! I can’t say enough about Tori and how awesome she is! I picked Casa for my destination wedding and Tori was able to walk me through it all. She answered all my e-mails promptly and made the process seamless. Tori was there for the wedding day and helped to coordinate things. All of our family and friends were impressed and can’t wait to go back!

Amazing beach front wedding

Our wedding at Casa Ybel could not have been better. Right from the beginning working with Tori on the plans I felt comfortable with our choice to have our wedding here. This was a second marriage and we were looking for a small wedding with family and friends. It ended up being 55 people. The wedding on the beach was perfect and such a pretty setting. It even included a rainbow as I was walking down the aisle. The dinner after in the upstairs room was amazing. Jeremy the banquet manager was so helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was amazing throughout the weekend. The food was incredible and the setting perfect. Most of our guests stayed on property and loved it. So nice having everyone together to enjoy the rest of the weekend. The pool bar staff was very busy with our group and could not have been more friendly and fun!! It was the wedding of my dreams!!! Thanks Casa Ybel!!!
